1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of memory foam pillows, mattresses, and sleep products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping
- Incorrect product delivered (wrong item, size, or quantity)
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or not in original condition (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
2. Return Request Timeframe
All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Products
